Renjam follows federal (US) and state (Florida) laws regarding Refunds and Returns.
All sales are final, we do not accept requests for refunds since our goods are custom made by the request of the customer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless asked to do so.
Renjam by following federal and state laws regarding return and refunds offer in case of a defective product a refund.
Small variations or cosmetic defects do not constitute a defective product. But significant problems with the product’s safety or functionality do count as defects.
In this case we offer a 90 day warranties for defects.
Misuse of the product in a manner that causes defects does not classify as a defective product, as such we do not do a refund or return.
